My recent stay at the OK Hotel in Latvia was quite memorable, particularly for the culinary experience it offered. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately drawn to the inviting ambiance-soft lighting and live music that set the tone for a relaxing dining experience. Rather than the ordinary breakfast spread, I was greeted with an inventive menu featuring pancake rolls with meat-a delightful twist I had never encountered before. For dinner, I opted for one of their Eastern European specialties. The little red hamburgers, likely inspired by tomato bread, were an interesting touch. The open-air café in the courtyard provided a refreshing choice from the drinks menu, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. The OK Hotel offers more than merely a comfortable room; it caters to those with a penchant for culinary innovations in a welcoming setting.
